Old2Gold

From Old2Gold is the University of Notre Dame’s annual end-of-year yard sale of items donated by students. One hundred percent of proceeds go to local charities who assist with the sale’s operation. The 2008 sale, held May 24, raised a record $70,355 for the nonprofit organizations that participated! Over its four year history, Old2Gold has raised over $184,000 for the community. The sale attraced a record 5,703 shoppers and diverted an estimated 83.5 tons of merchandise from the landfill.
